Fine dining at its best! The ambiance is incredible, especially the seating overlooking the sea. The seafood was outstanding, particularly the fish and prawns, and the coconut cream cake and chocolate dessert were absolutely delicious. The service truly stood out. The staff were warm, attentive, and took the time to explain each dish and make excellent recommendations. They even surprised our friend with a complimentary birthday dessert, which was a lovely touch. A fantastic experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleHad such a wonderful experience at Seasalt! From the moment we arrived, the service was attentive, friendly, and genuinely welcoming—it really set the tone for the evening. The food completely lived up to the atmosphere. The beef short rib was easily one of the best I’ve ever had—perfectly cooked, rich, and full of flavor. My partner’s chicken dish was just as impressive, cooked beautifully and absolutely delicious. To top it all off, the chocolate fondant was the perfect finish—warm, indulgent, and exactly what you want in a dessert. Amazing food, great service, and a stunning beach view to match. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a memorable dining experience.
View on GoogleIf you want to enjoy dinner with uninterrupted views of the sunset - this is the place. The cheese wrapped in seaweed and baked in volcanic salt is something special. The taste reminded me of mi childhood when had smoked cottage cheese, amazing. Seafood dumplings were also delicious. The mains were nice but the fish was a bit overcooked, my husband had tuna and I had marlin. The wine list had a good selection of South American, Australian and French wines, we enjoyed a beautiful Pinot Noir from Chile. Overall a nice atmospheric and culinary experience.
View on GoogleSea Salt Bali is an expensive restaurant. We spent around $300 AUD for two people and only had two cocktails, and it was absolutely worth every dollar. I will not tell you what is involved in the amuse-bouche or the bread surprise, as it should remain a surprise. What I will say is that both were exceptional and set the tone immediately for what followed. For entrée, I had the tuna and the complexity of flavours was outstanding, beautifully balanced, thoughtful and precise without being pretentious. For main, we shared the full seafood platter, which was nothing short of spectacular. Everything was impeccably fresh, elegant in presentation and supported by excellent sauce options. The wasabi mayo in particular was phenomenal and elevated the entire dish. Dessert was the chocolate fondant. It may be considered a dated idea, but when it is executed this well, it becomes retro rather than tired. Perfectly done. The ambience, especially at sunset, was stunning and added enormously to the experience. If I had to be critical, it would be that there were no cold towels on arrival, although they did appear after the entrée, and the toilets did not quite match the standard of the dining room. That said, any minor issues were comfortably negated by the incredible service and, most importantly, the exceptional food. Sea Salt delivers a refined and memorable dining experience and fully earns its reputation.
View on GoogleSeasalt is incredible. The hospitality and service is unmatched. From the moment I walked in I was treated with so much kindness and thoughtfulness. My server called me by my name, helped me choose what to eat, and the food was outstanding. You must come here for a sunset meal. I made reservations online and it was very simple and easy. There is also beach access which is great. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Seasalt for making my last night in Bali unforgettable!
