Just out of Seminyak but with beautiful Ubud vibes — such a hidden gem. The setting overlooking the greenery and rice fields is so peaceful and relaxing. The menu is great with plenty of options, and everything we tried was fresh, well presented, and full of flavour. The juices and coffee were just as good — perfect for a slow brunch or lunch. Really appreciated that the smoking and non-smoking sections are clearly separated — makes a big difference. Also pet and family friendly, which adds to the welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. Service was warm and attentive, and the whole place just has a calm, easy energy. Definitely worth the short trip out — we’ll be back.

We came in the evening after a full day at Waterbom, so naturally we were hungry and ordered quite a spread 😂 BBQ Pork Ribs: Fall-off-the-bone tender with no porky smell. Rigatoni Burrata: Simple, al-dente and very addictive! Special Nasi Babi Guling: I actually liked this more than some of the famous specialty shops. No crispy skin though. Mini Chicken Schnitty: The teenager’s choice to satisfy his fried chicken craving. Avocado Juice: Thick and delicious. Mahi-Mahi: Grilled fish for a lighter option. Simple and nicely done. Tiger Prawns: Perfectly cooked with a nice smoky char. Sadly, one of the prawns was missing and left its head for us 🥲 Almost everything was delicious to me, just the side dishes like grilled vegetables and potato that come with the fish and tiger prawn was average. It was almost dark when we arrived, but I imagine the vibe would be even nicer during the day with the paddy field view.

We stopped by NOOK for drinks and an early dinner, and it turned out to be a lovely experience. The setting is beautiful, with a relaxing atmosphere overlooking the little green fields where you can watch the dogs playing as the sun starts to set. The food was outstanding. The detox juice was absolutely delicious and came in a generous portion. The pasta dishes were incredible, and our guest said she had the best grilled chicken salad she’d ever eaten. It even came with French fries, and the portion size was excellent. Everything was fresh, flavourful, and very reasonably priced. The only downside was the service. Although the restaurant wasn’t busy, our second drink order for tea was forgotten and only arrived much later. The tea was served as a teapot of hot water with a teabag sachet on the side, which wasn’t quite what we expected, but we were happy to go with the flow. As we visited during the quieter transition between afternoon and dinner service, we’re happy to give them the benefit of the doubt. Overall, the quality of the food more than made up for the minor service hiccup. Great value, generous portions, delicious meals, and a beautiful setting make NOOK a place we’d happily recommend. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.

When I walked in, I got the feeling I would be back. Lovely atmosphere, welcoming for Backpackers, coworkers, children, etc. Beautiful view of rice field. Delicious food with good portions, and drinks that actually look like the promotion picture. The Joejoe was a delicious mix of bitter coffee and sweet blue pea with fun spices on top. Loved it!

I first discovered this place through their sister café, Milu by Nook in Berawa. After visiting this one, I can see why it's so popular. The setting is amazing — a huge space surrounded by lush greenery and rice paddies. One of those places where you can easily spend a few hours without realizing it. And yes... we ordered quite a lot 😁 🍗 Chicken Breast Steak — absolutely satisfying. The portion was generous, the chicken was juicy, and my protein needs were instantly fulfilled 😄 🧀 Chicken Cordon Bleu with Mashed Potatoes — surprisingly, the mashed potatoes stole the spotlight here. Smooth, creamy, and packed with flavor. 🥣 iLuh Smoothie Bowl — a great way to finish the meal. Fresh, colorful, and easily meets Bali's very high smoothie bowl standards 😆👍 🍵 Matcha Latte — probably the only item that didn't stand out. It felt fairly basic, and judging from the price point, I wasn't expecting ceremonial-grade matcha anyway. At least my curiosity has been satisfied 😄 💸 The bill is definitely on the premium side, but that's expected for a place that combines good food, beautiful surroundings, and a tourist-favorite location. 👉 Will I come back? Absolutely. The atmosphere alone is worth another visit.
