⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Buzo was such a lovely surprise! From the food to the atmosphere and especially the service, everything just felt right. The dishes were delicious, beautifully presented, and full of flavor without feeling too heavy. What really stood out to us was how warm and accommodating the staff were. They genuinely made the experience feel special and welcoming. Such a beautiful place for a relaxed dinner in Bali. We had such a good time here and would happily come back again. 🤍✨

We really enjoyed our lunchtime experience at Buzo. The menu is of course, Japanese and Italian influenced, which l thought may be a bit unusual, but all the dishes we shared were fantastic.. Our waitress Rezy was there to answer any questions and give some great recommendations on meal choices. She was terrific. The Tiramisu desert at the end is definitely a must try. All the staff were great and the decor was relaxing to while away the hours during lunch. All in all we would recommend and will be back. Suksma 🙏

A fantastic izakaya and Italian fusion spot in the heart of Seminyak. The service and atmosphere were both excellent — Leni and Ayu took great care of us all evening. Food-wise, the lobster spaghetti and red snapper tartare were both excellent, but the chicken thigh yakitori stole the show honestly the best yakitori I’ve had in a long time. The interior and bar are beautifully designed, and the seating was comfortable and cozy, making for a really relaxed dining experience. Highly recommend well worth the visit if you’re in Seminyak.

Buzo was such a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. The moment I walked in, I was struck by the beautiful ambience. It reminded me of a stylish New York restaurant, with elegant leather seating, a stunning bar, gorgeous table lamps, and sophisticated décor that made the whole space feel warm and inviting. The wine list was impressive, with plenty of excellent options to choose from, and the food was absolutely outstanding. The zucchini flower stuffed with feta was delicious, the snapper ceviche was incredibly fresh and beautifully balanced with pomelo and other fresh ingredients, and the bone marrow bread was unforgettable. We also enjoyed the pork cutlet, grilled broccoli, and cauliflower, and every dish was cooked perfectly and full of flavour. The cocktails were fantastic too—I highly recommend the Amaretto Sour. What really completed the experience was the attentive and friendly service. The staff were incredibly helpful, professional, and made us feel genuinely welcome throughout the evening. A beautiful restaurant with amazing food, great drinks, wonderful service, and a fantastic atmosphere. I highly recommend Buzo and can’t wait to return.

Had such an amazing dinner at Buzo Seminyak! I love the concept of combining Japanese and Italian cuisine, it feels unique, modern, and every dish is thoughtfully prepared! We tried quite a few dishes, including the Whipped Ricotta, Mix Green Salad, Pork Cutlet Katsu, Crispy Cacio e Pepe Macaroni, Grilled Chicken Thigh, and Tuna Tartare. Everything was delicious, but my absolute favorites were the Grilled Chicken Thigh and especially the Tuna Tartare. The Tuna Tartare was honestly one of the best I've ever had. So fresh, perfectly seasoned, and incredibly flavorful. I would definitely come back just for that! The atmosphere was warm and stylish, making it a perfect spot for dinner, whether it's a date night or catching up with friends..
