Restoran loft style dengan interior yg unik dengan view sawah menyajikan menu BBQ dan latin America.

Opened in 2013, Barbacoa has become an institution in the Bali culinary scene. Our kitchen is fueled by fire, burning embers, charcoal and smoke. Rambutan and coffee wood are used for our open flame asado pit, parilla grill and wood fired oven.

Think this is possibly our favorite restaurant in Bali!! We managed to snag a reservation and was lucky thought to get a seat indoors as the host kindly shifted us inside. The food was simply amazing we initially wanted to order more but was advised by our server to tick some off the list 😅 our favorite had to be the prawns which was so fresh and flavourful and also the asparagus which was really surprising. Would also recommend ordering the sourdough as well great pairing w the rest of the food. Overall we LOVE this place and wish we had more stomach space to try the other dishes 😬

Barbacoa absolutely lived up to the hype. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was warm, lively, and effortlessly stylish. The service was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable without ever feeling overbearing. The food was the real highlight. Every dish was beautifully cooked, packed with flavour, and made with high-quality ingredients. You can really taste the care that goes into each plate. It’s one of those restaurants where every dish arriving at the table makes you excited for the next one. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just looking for a great meal in Bali, Barbacoa is definitely worth a visit. It’s easy to see why it’s become such a favourite, and we’ll absolutely be back the next time we’re in Bali.

Our last dinner in Bali couldn't have been better. We chose Barbacoa to end our honeymoon, and it was absolutely the right decision. Every dish was delicious, especially the Wagyu steak and beef tartare, which were cooked and seasoned perfectly. The wine pairing made the meal even more memorable. What truly made the experience exceptional was the service. Mitha took care of our table throughout the evening and was incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She made us feel genuinely welcomed without ever being intrusive, and her recommendations were excellent. The atmosphere, food, and hospitality all came together to create one of the best dining experiences we've had in Bali. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a special dinner. We will definitely come back on our next visit!

Unforgettable experience at Barbacoa that was truly wonderful. Interior is beautiful and the outdoor seating is magical in the evening which provides a lovely ambience. Food was 11/10 - every single food item I consumed that night was amazing and I can’t even provide a stand out dish as I truly enjoyed everything. Cocktails were also nice and they had a great wine selection. Above all else - world class service. Smiling faces and warm Balinese hospitality. Would 110% return next time I’m in the area.

This was an amazing meal, one of our best in Bali - which has a plethora of excellent food options. We tried lots of dishes and most of them came with a smoky charred flavour that is only possible with open fire cooking. To open, the oysters and snapper crudo were excellent. I typically prefer raw oysters but the sauce that came along with the woodfire oysters was brilliant (bit smoky, spicy, and fresh). The squid skewers were even better (the chimichurri sauce was excellent). The pork with smoked grapes was unique and delicious as well. Actually, all the dishes were great except the scallops which were average. The service was also attentive and ambience was wonderful. Barbacoa is certainly my current favourite restaurant in Bali.
