I’m writing this review because of an unpleasant experience I had today. I bought a drink from Chatime, and after I had already started drinking it, I noticed what looked like a flower inside the cup (photo attached). This was quite concerning and made me question the hygiene of the drink preparation. I immediately tried to contact Chatime’s customer service through WhatsApp to report the issue, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. I hope Chatime can take this feedback seriously and conduct a proper inspection of their hygiene and preparation processes to ensure this does not happen again. Customers should feel confident about the cleanliness and safety of the drinks they purchase.

Their bubble tea is always fresh, with the perfect balance of flavor and sweetness. I especially love the pearl texture soft and chewy just the way it should be. The service is fast, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is clean and cozy, great for a quick drink or hanging out with friends.

Chat time has always been my favorite drink wherever I go, especially the Chatime outlet in Gatsu Barat. The staff there are amazing, they really helped me choose the perfect drink. The place itself is clean, and the hospitality is on point. Chatime doesn’t just serve great drinks, but also creates a really enjoyable experience through their excellent service. If you don't want to waste your time better not buy anything from this place. It took exactly 30 minutes for them to serve a single glass of beverage. Such a slow service.
