Visited on recommendation from our driver. Food quality was decent, but portions were small and the pork skin wasn’t very crispy. Prices are not displayed on the menu. Before ordering, we asked and were told IDR 50k per plate. After the meal, we checked Grab and saw the same dish listed at IDR 20k. Sharing this so future customers can decide for themselves and confirm pricing clearly before ordering.

In my opinion, this is one of the best bigul in the Canggu - Tanah Lot area. It is more popular with locals than tourists, and the price is very reasonable, around 35-40K per person. The bigul is similar to Pak Malen's, but with fewer condiments, crispier pork skin, and a spicier sambal. The soup is served with ares. The restaurant is quite spacious and can accommodate more than 50 people. In my opinion, it was better a few years ago than it is now, in terms of portion size and price, but it is still one of the best in the area and tastier than Men L***.

One of the best babi guling place in Canggu. Not as touristy as the one across it, cheaper (35k for mixed rice), and definitely not as spicy. The taste matched my preference. Would recommend this to anyone.

A babi guling joint frequented largely by locals. Tried it as was on the way to Uluwatu. Restaurant set up was simple. Non air conditioned and back faces the padi field. Tables were sparesely laid out and felt quitr comfortable given the well ventilation by fans and natural breeze. The babi guling rice was different from Ibu Oka. Pork is similar in texture but the sauce was different. I prefer Ibu Oka against this. Made a side order of pork skin and it was hard as with Ibu Oka's version. Much prefer the goreng version which is crispy. Price wise is about 45% lower vs Ibu Oka (Rp30k vs Rp55k).

What kind of place doesn’t have prices on their menu??? The price is 20k on grab and gojek, she tried to charge me 50k for the plate and coke and ice. I knew something funny was going on.
