The Ultimate Vegan Feast at Warung Dua Hati, Canggu, Bali If you are looking for the best vegan restaurant in Canggu that delivers an authentic, flavor-packed experience, your search ends at Warung Dua Hati (Vegan). From the moment you arrive and see their iconic circular red-orange sign, you know you are in for something special. This 100% plant-based haven, with an impressive 4.7-star rating from over 640 reviews, is a culinary destination. I recently had an unforgettable meal here, and it exceeded all expectations. The Star of the Show: Their Incredible Special The food at Warung Dua Hati is not just good; it is phenomenal. I ordered their incredible Special Nasi Campur, and it was a masterpiece. As a vegan Nasi Campur, it is a colorful, multi-layered feast for both the eyes and the palate, beautifully presented on a unique green and white patterned plate. Here is a detailed breakdown of the vibrant components: Vibrant Purple Rice: A base of nutritious purple rice that adds a wonderful texture and color. Decadent Vegan Satay Skewer: Perfectly grilled plant-based "meat" on a skewer, drenched in a rich, creamy peanut sauce that was a symphony of savory and sweet. Flavor-Packed Shredded Jackfruit/Tempeh: A savory mixture of "pulled" jackfruit and tempeh shreds, seasoned to perfection and bursting with umami. Crispy Goodness: A generous portion of irresistibly crispy fried elements (like tempeh or tofu crumbles) that provided a perfect textural contrast. Fresh and Abundant Vegetable Stir-fry: A generous assortment of stir-fried greens, carrots, and bean sprouts, cooked with garlic for a fresh, healthy balance. Aromatic Sambal & Acar: A small, delicate bowl of fiery sambal and refreshing pickled cucumber (acar), adding the perfect spicy and tangy kick. Each bite was a new discovery of flavor and texture, perfectly balanced and authentic. The menu, which includes everything from smoothie bowls to gluten-free noodles, makes it one of the most comprehensive plant-based menus in Bali. Ambiance and Seating: A Spacious Retreat The seating here is exceptional, offering a spacious and peaceful escape from the busy streets of Canggu. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted by an amazing seating area with lots of space, a rarity in many popular Bali spots. The restaurant is bright and airy, flooded with natural light from large windows. The decor uses beautiful natural materials, like woven bamboo light fixtures, giving it a warm, earthy feel. With high ceilings and ample distance between tables, you never feel crowded. There are comfortable indoor spots and a lovely external seating area surrounded by potted snake plants, perfect for observing the world go by. It’s the kind of spot where you can settle in, relax, and truly enjoy your meal. The Heart of Warung Dua Hati: The Staff What truly sets this restaurant apart is the incredible people. The staff at Warung Dua Hati are lovely, warm, and exceptionally friendly. From the moment I arrived, they were incredibly welcoming, with genuine smiles and helpful, efficient service. Their hospitality makes the entire experience feel personal and perfect. It's clear that they take pride in what they do and are passionate about sharing delicious, cruelty-free food. Conclusion: A Vegan Haven In a crowded scene, Warung Dua Hati (Vegan) is a true standout. Everything is meticulously all vegan, providing a safe, authentic, and utterly delicious dining experience for plant-based food lovers. With amazing food, incredible space, and lovely staff, it is an absolute must-visit for anyone in Canggu. Whether you are a local or a traveler, make sure this place is at the top of your list. The taste was so delicious, I cannot wait to go back and explore more of their menu. Price Range: Rp 50k - 75k (approx. $3-5 USD), making it incredible value. Go here now and taste the love!

We had the mi goreng noodles with egg which was really good and the beef rice bowl with egg which was okay. The fake egg is well done and exciting as a vegan. Banana fritters were nice. They also have colouring sheets which is fun while waiting.

Incredible vegan food, perfect for a quick lunch spot. So much choice it’s hard to decide what to have, but I went for the nasi goreng special and the grilled corn which was delicious. Great interiors too!

I’ve come here like 7 out of the last 12 days. I love the vegan egg. It tastes like calimari which I’ve been craving since I went vegan 5 years ago. The waitresses Ika and Julia always greet me with a smile!
