Spent the weekend around Uluwatu with friends and stopped by Warung Kude for lunch. If you're looking for an authentic Indonesian buffet (nasi campur style) that hits the spot without being heavy, this is it. They serve clean, delicious comfort food with a huge variety of dishes, and the best part? No MSG. I loaded my plate with red rice, fish with fresh dabu-dabu sambal, sayur asem (sour soup), stir-fried vegetables (capcay), and a perfectly spiced telur balado. Everything tasted super fresh, flavorful, and home-cooked. The place has a cozy, clean aesthetic with lovely wall decorations that make it feel very welcoming. Plus, the bill only came out to 41k, such a massive steal for high-quality, healthy food in the Uluwatu area. Definitely coming back.

Authentic Indonesian food with great service. The food was so incredible for such a great price. We got around 4-5 a la carte dishes with drinks for $10 USD total. It was delicious and a clean restaurant with great music.

Warung Kude is one of those places you almost want to gatekeep… but it’s too good not to share. The food is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Every dish tastes homemade in the best way, with bold Balinese flavors that feel authentic and comforting at the same time. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming, with that perfect local-warung charm. It feels intimate and real, not touristy or overdone. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely warm, which makes the whole experience even better. If you’re looking for delicious, affordable, local food that feels like it was made with heart, this is it. I’ll absolutely be back. Highly recommend.

The food here is so incredible! We came back multiple times while we were in Uluwatu. I absolutely loved the wide selection of Indonesian foods. All super tasty and well-priced!

Great place if you want to look for Indonesian food! Authentically cooked, and I absolutely fell in love with their Tempe Mendoan. Taste exactly just like home! Would definitely be back.
