Total scam. on Traveloka they said 6 minutes of parasailing, but they gave us barely 2 minutes. ​When I complained, staff actually claimed online bookings only get 2 minutes. I showed the manager video evidence with timestamps proving it was a 2-minute total ripoff from start to finish. He just looked at the proof, shrugged, and refused to do anything. ​Complete bait-and-switch. Do not waste your money here!

This is the first time I am giving 1star. I had a disappointing experience at this place due to significant price differences compared to other operators in the area. When I arrived, my tour driver brought me here without prior consultation. I later discovered that the prices for water activities were up to five times higher than those offered elsewhere. When I showed the owner prices from other operators, he agreed to reduce the cost and mentioned that the activity durations would be longer 10-15 minutes. Based on this, I assume the prices he offered was more and decided to proceed. However, the actual experience did not match what was promised. The parasailing lasted around 2 minutes, seawalking about 3 minutes, and the jet ski approximately 5 minutes, which was far less than the owner promised. Other operators advertise lower prices, and while their activity times may also be short, they are more transparent about what is included. In this case, the pricing and duration were not clearly aligned, just fake promises charging millions. I would strongly recommend that compare online prices with multiple operators before booking and confirm the exact duration of each activity in advance in this place. If you do walk-in the water activities will significantly higher rates. The owner was polite and friendly, which I appreciated, but unfortunately, the pricing and lack of transparency outweighed this positive aspect. For this reason, I cannot recommend this place.

Came early in the morning and was warmly welcomed by a staff member named Sumi. Everything was explained clearly, all the activities were well organized, and the prices were competitive. The playtime matched exactly what was promised — awesome experience! Highly recommend booking through their Instagram for better deals: @pandansariwatersport.

Monday seems to be a good day to do waterports here as there is no waiting line. We chose fly boarding, paragliding and diving. Don’t be fool by the professionals doing fly boarding as it is not easy haha. Choose the one who can hold you if it’s your first time otherwise you’ll be wasting time trying to balance and fight with your weigh and balance in the water. For paragliding it says 7 - 10 minutes but it feels like less than 5 minutes. Diving instructor is a bit clumsy and disorder and by looking at him makes us nervous haha. DO NOT TAKE PHOTOGRAPHY PACKAGE like us! It took us Rp1mil for photography session only. The person taking is NOT PROFESSIONAL. Photos on paragliding for DSLR looks like it’s taken from phones which is from afar and most of the photos on pragaliding are slanted. Angle of the photos are bad. No photos are great, with no zoom in. Photos taken during diving is even worse and the GoPro is very old and the quality is VERY BAD and looks blur with cloudy. The diving instructor didn’t tell us he’s taking photos from behind and we didn’t manage to feed the fishes in the photos. It looks empty without the fish. Just the steel structure with dead coral. The diving spot is not good too as the water is not clear or is it just their lousy, old moldy goggles. Would prefer to bring ours. We ended the day there with a shower which the shower room of ladies can obviously be seen from the men’s open shower area as it is slightly on a platform. The toilet is pitch black if you close the door. Have to keep it open a little bit just to get lights on the inside and there’s car and bike passing by. The ladies provide us a cup of tea after the session.
