Had an unexpected Valentine’s day dinner there - didn’t book anything and walked-in. From the moment of arrival until leaving we were surrounded with extremely gentle and attentive care - so far our best dinner experience in Bali. Management and staff went above and beyond - before we even ask for anything, staff was there to assist. Extremely accommodating management, top notch service. Huge shout out to Australian Chef and team ! We don’t eat pork and do not like fish , which was in the set menu. After mentioning it, immediately we were offered a replacement with the steak. We were served the steak within minutes and it was the best steak of my life! That dressing is still watering my mouth (please share the recipe)! 🤤 Absolutely recommend!

Visited Watu for our wedding anniversary, and it exceeded expectations. From the time we entered, we felt special, and the engagement from the staff was very pleasant. The food tasted amazing. As we finished dinner, the staff surprised us with an anniversary cake followed up by a firework show that took place for a wedding party. It's definitely an A+ all the way around

We visited the steakhouse yesterday and were absolutely delighted with our experience. Everything was incredibly delicious, from the appetizers to the perfectly cooked steaks. The ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect setting for a wonderful evening. One of the highlights of our visit was the outstanding service. Our server, Mr. Dwi, was exceptional – not only was he extremely friendly and attentive, but also highly professional. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel truly welcome. His knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot on. Overall, we had an amazing dining experience and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend to anyone looking for top-quality food and excellent service!

An unforgettable Chef’s Table experience at Watu Steakhouse. The 7-course dinner was completely customized to our dietary preferences, which made the evening feel truly personal and thoughtful from start to finish. The ambience was absolutely stunning — intimate, private, and beautifully designed, creating the perfect setting for a slow, immersive dining experience. Chef Ade was the heart of the evening: warm, lively, and incredibly knowledgeable. He shared so many stories about Indonesian food and culture, and guided us through a journey that felt both local and global — world-class flavors crafted with Indonesian ingredients in the most creative way. Every course felt intentional and surprising, and you could really feel the passion behind each dish. Special thanks as well to Padli, whose kindness, attentiveness, and genuine care elevated the experience even further. Always present without being intrusive, and incredibly helpful throughout the evening. Overall, an exceptional dining experience — thoughtful, elegant, educational, and deeply memorable.

Food here was not as good as what I had expected having eaten in the other restaurants within Six Senses. The quality of the raw fish was just not there and they made this better by adding lots of sauces! Service was great. Ambience was nice. Avoid sitting outside if you don’t smoke!
