The temple grounds were much larger than expected. I really enjoyed the sunset that came before the show.. the monkeys that are a little aggressive so I would advise paying to have a guide take you and look after you very cheap only 150 rupee. The dance in the show was really excellent and had me and my young son and ooohhhing and laughing the whole time. The dance and the chanting were really impressive.

The views are breathtaking, and the monkeys were everywhere. Pretty aggressive. Listen to them about not making eye contact, hide your iPhones, wallet, hats, and whatever else you think we could grab. The views to the beach we’re insane. The cliffs were amazing. I really didn’t understand why they were allowing the monkeys to chew on plastic bottles. everywhere. There was definitely more trash in there than there should be and the Monkey seemed very thirsty and hungry. They charged us a decent amount to get in for three people, and it was very busy. I think somehow you should figure out how to get them some fruit. Also, I didn’t like the white monkey in the cage. That was very disturbing.

This place is not bad, the temple is quite holy sacred but also too many of the monkeys which will snatch your phone, sunglasses or hat/cap and also foods and drinks... Better beware all the time and the most stunning view should be the big waves under the temple. Evening view ain't bad also but it's short and the sunset will be gone by just a clip of eye

Kecak at Sunset — Uluwatu, Bali 🌅 As the golden sun sinks into the Indian Ocean, the hypnotic rhythm of the Kecak Dance fills the evening air at Uluwatu. Surrounded by Balinese tradition, dramatic cliffside views, and a sky painted in warm sunset hues, this is Bali at its most captivating — culture, nature, and timeless beauty woven into one unforgettable moment. A truly magical way to end the day in Bali. ✨

Lovely temple you have to wear sarong to enter lovely purple colour, has an albino monkey in a cage, and other monkeys are out in open and more aggressive they will grab your things when least expected, temple volunteers will be there to help get your items back but at a cost 50,000 idr. Stunning views and beautiful plants.
