We had to cancel our stay last minute because my friend fell ill during our trip to Bali, and even though our booking was non-refundable, the team went above and beyond for us. After we explained the situation, they showed genuine care and understanding and refunded our booking without any hassle. It's rare to find a hotel that treats guests with this much kindness, especially when they had every right to keep the payment. We were truly touched by their compassion and professionalism. Thank you so much to the whole team.
View on GoogleThis was definitely the worst place we stayed in Bali. And more expensive than most of the others. The views were amazing but everything else was pretty low quality if I’m honest. Franko one of the staff seems to be the only guy who actually does any work around the place, while all the other staff sit around. Basically amenities are always empty. They don’t supply bottles of water in villas. My girlfriend also caught scabies from this stay. Everything seemed very unclean. Water from the bathtub came out brown. Basically the only thing good about the place is the beach views. But is it really worth it. Probably no.
View on GoogleWe stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed it overall for the unique experience. We arrived at night, so finding the place was a little difficult. You walk down a narrow path, with multiple stairs pulling your luggage. The room had a treehouse feel, with wood everywhere. The views off the balcony were epic. We were very entertained with the monkeys. They were mischievous, stealing food left unattended. The workers did their best to keep them away. The beach was private with few people because of all the stairs, appropriately named Impossible beach. We recommend to anyone looking for an unique adventurous stay
View on GoogleWas great with the view and the beach right there and they helped with all our luggage but comparing to the pictures the wooden style feels a little old and run down especially for the price you pay
View on GoogleI truly believe this is one of the best places to stay in Uluwatu. It offers exceptional value for money, you simply won’t find such a magical view anywhere else at this price. I stayed in two different room types: the Family Suite and the Suite with a balcony. In my opinion, the Family Suite is definitely the best option. Overall, this is one of my favorite places in Uluwatu, and I would definitely recommend staying here.
