We had a really lovely evening at this place. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the venue itself is spacious with plenty of seating - never felt cramped or rushed. A nice touch I really appreciated: every table is set up with mosquito repellent cream, which made dining outside genuinely comfortable instead of a constant battle with bugs. Small detail, but it shows the staff actually thinks about the guest experience. For drinks, I went with the Mojito mocktail. It was a touch on the sweet side for my taste - I’d have preferred a bit more lime to balance it out but overall still refreshing and well-made. Worth ordering if you have a sweet tooth. The food was the real highlight. We ordered the guacamole, chicken curry, fresh fish, and spring rolls, and honestly, every single dish delivered. The guacamole was fresh and generously portioned, the chicken curry had great depth of flavor, the fresh fish was perfectly cooked, and the spring rolls were crispy and light. Overall, a great spot with thoughtful little touches, solid drinks, and excellent food at a fair price. Would happily come back and definitely recommend.

Come here!!! This was our favorite place to eat in Uluwatu. The atmosphere is lovely, relaxed, comfortable, welcoming, and beautiful. The staff is fantastic. Rama was our server and was kind, attentive, and went above and beyond! He even remembered us when we came back for an inevitable second time. The food and drinks are very fairly priced and DELICIOUS. I returned for the fresh fish and highly recommend. The steak was also fantastic! All the dishes were beautifully presented as well! The inside lounge is lovely and the outside patio is gorgeous and surrounded by trees, lights, and greenery. A definite must visit to eat! There are so many restaurants around and this one was my favorite! If you have dietary restrictions, everything was clearly marked and plenty of options for everyone. Even a kids menu.

Absolutely outstanding experience every time! This is not our first visit, and definitely not the last. The food is consistently incredible, the cocktails are perfectly crafted, and the staff is always warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Thank you for making every visit so special!

Amazing food, swift service and lovely vibe. Rama helped us and made sure we have everything we needed. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken, it was absolutely amazing, the chicken and sauce was incredible! They also leave you some slices of watermelon with the bill, which is a lovely little bonus! Would defo recommend!

Had such a great dinner at Sugar Rock. Everything was spot on, from the food to the atmosphere. A special mention to our waiter, Rama, who was incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had the best experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be coming back!
