Mana Uluwatu is the restaurant and infinity-pool hub at Uluwatu Surf Villas, set on the Bukit's cliff line facing the sunset. Upstairs is a formal dining room; poolside keeps a separate, more casual menu.

Had a lovely dinner with sunset here. Our server Adi was fantastic, very patient with us going through the menu and provided explanations for all the fishing boats we saw on the water. We had a reservation for 5:30pm but arrived ~5pm and were able to snag a front row table facing the water. Although it was cloudy, you still see a good sunset. The ambiance was great.

We had a nice dinner here. We came without a reservation, but they give us a table with a beautiful ocean sunset view. I have a gluten allergy, but our server Dekwi was so professional, he double checked everything and made sure i will get the perfect dish. Also we celebrated a birthday, and they managed it perfectely well, so it was a really good surprise for my boyfriend. Thank you for this good experience!

Booked a week in advance for dinner as this place gets popular for dinner. We tried quite a few of the small plates and loved all of them, especially the tuna cerviche, the prawn betel leaf, grilled cauliflower, and snapper cerviche. We had barramundi for our main to share and it was fresh and delicious. Don't skip dessert... We tried the Balinese chocolate cake, which was more like a semi alfreddo, topped with banana cream and peanuts. Rich, yet light and creamy. Service here is also exceptional with our server Adi, who recommended dishes to us and was extremely attentive. He knew the food well and what were popular choices. Also, the atmosphere is warm and inviting. Perfect for a date or even with a group of friends or family. Would come back again for sure!

Amazing amazing amazing. We came here for dinner and immediately the stress of the day (I had a bad one) began to fade away as I climbed up the stairs to the restaurant. Immediately the smooth blues of the live musician Madi decreased my heart rate and increased my appetite. A special mention must be made to our dear waiter Jesta who took great care of us and was attentive throughout. Ok now the food. We had the betel leaves with prawns, beef rendang taco, miso ramen, and line caught market fish. Everything was delicious and wonderful, but the standout dish for me was the market fish grilled to perfection. It was firm, yet juicy, with the fresh fish flavour coming out ahead of all the other subtle flavours. How can something be so gentle and yet so impactful?? You must find out for yourself.

Fabulous Affordable food and the view was breathtaking. The service was exquisite as well. We loved everything that we ordered. It’s a great place to watch the sunset while drinking our bottle of vine. I WOULD RECOMMEND
