Cire at Alila Villas Uluwatu was an absolute standout experience! The setting is incredible with stunning ocean views, beautifully designed atmosphere and the perfect place for a relaxed but premium dining experience. The food was exceptional. Every dish was beautifully presented, full of flavour and made with high quality ingredients. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the menu and the overall experience. The cocktails and wine selection were also fantastic. Decided to have a couple drinks afterward at their premium whiskey bar and treat ourselves to a cigar, a truly memorial experience. A special mention to the staff who made us feel so welcome throughout the night. Everything was seamless from start to finish. If you’re visiting Uluwatu and looking for a memorable dining experience, Cire is a must. Highly recommend and would absolutely return.

Dining at CIRE at Alila is the kind of experience that convinces you the universe occasionally gets things right, usually by accident, but still, you take the win. I sat there, trying to look composed and worldly, but inside I was a trembling mess because everything was so perfect I assumed something catastrophic was about to happen. Let’s start with the angel hair pasta, which was so light, so delicate, so inexplicably good that I briefly considered leaving it my estate. It had no right being that delicious. It was the sort of pasta that makes you rethink your relationship with carbohydrates and possibly your entire moral framework. The drinks at the Cabana Bar were equally dangerous, too good, too smooth, the kind that convince you you're charming, sun-kissed, and capable of making life decisions you absolutely shouldn’t make. I was one sip away from announcing I would never leave Bali and dedicating my life to ocean breezes. And the service, my God, the service. It wasn’t just good. It was out of this world. The staff anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had. They brought things I didn’t order but suddenly wanted, like telepaths who graduated from hospitality school. I’ve never felt so cared for without being related to someone or under psychiatric observation. Later in the evening, they staged a Kecak dance, which, if you’ve never witnessed it, is essentially a hypnotic symphony of chanting men moving in unison, like a human orchestra powered entirely by volcanic energy and impeccable timing. I sat there transfixed, partly out of awe and partly because I had no idea what was happening but felt too emotionally invested to look away. The fire, the rhythm, the mythology — it was all so dramatic that I began questioning my own life choices and why none of them had ever involved a chorus of chanting men to support my narrative. It was beautiful, primal, and unforgettable, and I left feeling both enlightened and slightly inadequate. The whole experience was serene, luxurious, and borderline suspicious because nothing in my life is ever this perfect unless there’s fine print. But here? No trick. Just joy. And pasta. Blessed, transcendent pasta. If heaven has a restaurant, it’s probably trying to imitate CIRE — and failing.

I think this is honestly the most beautiful restaurant I’ve ever been to and I’ve already been to some really nice ones. It is a bit on the expensive side, but the atmosphere is absolutely unmatched compared to others. The food was also excellent for its price. I would come back here every single time. Such a wonderful experience!

One of the best breakfasts of my life. A huge amount of effort has clearly been put into the hotels breakfast offering, from the unique dishes and drinks, to the menu that changes daily. There's a huge amount of choice, yet almost all the dishes are outstanding. Even the baked goods change daily and they're world class.
