Breakfast at Padi Restaurant in AYANA Resort is easily one of the most impressive buffet experiences you’ll find in Bali. It’s a full-scale international spread that genuinely feels like a global food tour in one sitting. The setup is extensive, with clearly defined stations covering Korean, Japanese, Indonesian, and Indian cuisine, alongside Western breakfast classics and live cooking stations. You can go from fresh sushi and miso-style dishes, to nasi goreng and sambal-heavy Indonesian plates, then straight into dosa, curries, and tandoori-style Indian options without missing a beat. The Japanese and Korean sections are particularly well executed for a resort buffet, while the Indonesian corner feels authentic and rich in flavour. The Indian station stands out with proper spice and depth rather than toned-down resort versions. There’s also a dedicated soup station which rotates daily, adding a comforting touch that works well in a relaxed morning setting. What really lifts the experience is the service. Staff are attentive without being intrusive, constantly refreshing drinks and checking in with a genuine warmth that feels consistent across AYANA. The traditional drink selection is another highlight—fresh juices, Balinese herbal tonics, and local-style teas that complement the food well. Overall, it’s not just a breakfast buffet—it’s a well-orchestrated dining experience with variety, quality, and atmosphere. The combination of diverse cuisines, calm resort setting, and excellent service makes it a standout start to the day at AYANA.
View on GoogleHad breakfast at Padi and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. The selection was extensive and thoughtfully curated, with something for everyone. I especially loved the Japanese section—both the curry and teriyaki were seriously delicious. The coffee was excellent too, rich and flavorful! The staff were all incredibly kind and attentive, making the whole experience even better. Seating was also very comfortable, but I highly recommend sitting at the separate bale area nearer to the ocean for a more peaceful and scenic vibe—much nicer than the main dining hall. You get partial views of the ocean, a tranquil pond, and the lush golf course. A perfect, relaxing breakfast spot at AYANA!
View on GoogleThe breakfasts were wonderful, offering a wide variety of options. Even though I prefer vegetarian and vegan dishes, I didn’t feel like anything was lacking. Each day, I felt like I was eating healthy and nutritious food. I was especially delighted with the Indian and Indonesian cuisine corner—everything was delicious! 🤤😋 The staff was incredibly helpful, friendly, and professional. 👍🫶 This place is truly amazing! 🤩
View on GooglePadi is conveniently close when breakfasting at Ayana Resort. Open air seating surrounded by terraced lotus ponds. A variety of Asian and western foods as well as fresh fruits and juices from the buffet. Friendly staff offer black tea or coffee on arrival.
View on GoogleWe had a lovely breakfast experience at this restaurant. The breakfast buffet offered an extensive variety of cuisines, from Western to Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Chinese, and Indian, ensuring there was something for every palate. The atmosphere was fantastic, with the food area surrounded by a serene koi fish pond, creating a serene ambiance. However, it's worth noting that the place tends to get crowded around 8 am, so arriving early is a good idea to fully enjoy the experience.
