Leka Art Studio is one of Bali's best artists if you need a custom wall piece (mural artist), sculpture, or interior art. We’ve been working together on a portrait painting of our family. His strength is in bold, strong colour control and translating the idea to match our aesthetic. Krisna & Sonya, the sweet couple behind this art studio in Bali, are very strong in cross-media experimentation and the relationship between art and public space. They’ve been working with natural products and are comfortable using materials like stainless steel, GRC, resin/fiberglass, clay, solid wood, and copper, all handmade. If you’re looking for a contemporary Indonesian artist who can handle medium- to large-scale work for commercial or residential spaces, I highly recommend him.
