Because this is a beachfront grilled seafood restaurant, be prepared for a lot of smoke and grilled fish smell. Also, there were quite a lot of mosquitoes, so I would recommend bringing some mosquito repellent. The fish was good, although I was surprised that only half a fish was served. For the seafood included in the set menu, I wasn’t a big fan. The prawns and clams were covered with such strong sauces that I could barely taste the seafood itself. I think it would be much better if they reduced the amount of sauce and let the natural flavour of the seafood stand out. I usually love sambal matah, but this was the first time I found it too oily. It wasn’t bad, just much oilier than what I’m used to. I did enjoy the rice. 🌾 Considering how crowded the restaurant was and how many tables they had, the service was actually quite good and efficient.

Excellent meal. Staff are all very happy and friendly. Great selection of fresh seafood which they weigh in front of you, all at very cheap prices. Sat on the beach with the sunset. Couldn’t be better.

Food was nice and fresh. However there was a significant wait time, and servers were less - so we had to wait 8-10 mins for any interaction. However I would come back again for sure. To anyone going, do try their red snapper Jimbran style!

Very nice seafood place with a beautiful beach setting. You can enjoy your meal while watching the waves and listening to the ocean, which creates such a relaxing atmosphere. There was a live band playing music, adding a really nice touch to the experience. The seafood was very good and fresh, and the overall atmosphere was quiet, cozy, and enjoyable. A great spot to relax and enjoy good food by the beach, definitely recommended! 🌊
