STAFF NEEDS RETRAINING. Disappointed with the service here. I was waiting to place my order when the staff completely skipped me to serve two foreign customers who arrived after me. No acknowledgment, no apology , just blatant preferential treatment based on where someone is from. The gelato might be good, but I won’t be coming back if this is how locals are treated. Respect your customers equally, regardless of nationality. If you are the owner of this establishment, maybe you should consider retraining your staff. Look at all the 1 star review, it’s about the staff.

Visiting a Gaya Gelato location in Jimbaran Samasta is always a delight. The staff are famously welcoming and more than happy to let you sample multiple flavors before committing to your cup or cone. ​Whether you are grabbing a quick scoop on the beach or picking up a take-home tub, Gaya Gelato consistently delivers a top-tier dessert experience.

Finding gelato in the evening, every stall is almost closed but, when I call this place they want to wait for us to buy their gelato! Such a great service. The place is not too big, there are 2 spaces both indoor and outdoor. The taste of the gelato is good tbh.
