I’ve been to this Circle K branch several times, usually after 9 PM, and I’ve had the same experience with one of the male staff. Whenever I ask if a drink is available, he simply says, “No,” without any apology or offering an alternative. I always have to keep asking what drinks are available instead. A simple “Sorry, we’re out of that, but we have this instead” would make a big difference. I hope the customer service can be improved, as I enjoy coming to this branch because of its convenient location.

I don’t know them all but Munir, you are an amazing human, keep being a delight to this cruel world. You are so gentle and polite and a good salesman too. Left that place with so much happiness in my heart as I’ve experienced a lot of bad times with people, so when I do get to encounter someone good my jaw almost always drops. God bless you xx

July 29, 2026, at night, the female and male servers were very rude. From the moment my friends and I entered, their expressions were very rude, then when we asked about a product, they answered very curtly. If there was a rating of 0, I would give 0 for the servers. Maybe you guys are tired of working, but it's just not ethical to be rude to customers.
