We chose The Royal Santrian for our honeymoon, and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, everything exceeded our expectations. The private pool villa was absolutely amazing—peaceful, luxurious, and the perfect place to relax and enjoy our honeymoon. The hotel's facilities were excellent, creating an atmosphere where you could truly unwind. The restaurant served delicious food throughout our stay, and the breakfast offered a great variety of fresh, high-quality options every morning. What made our experience even more special was the incredible staff. Everyone was genuinely warm, welcoming, and always happy to help with a smile. We would especially like to thank Trisya and Agung for their outstanding hospitality and kindness. They made us feel truly valued and helped make our honeymoon unforgettable. If we had to mention one small area for improvement, it would be the spa massage. It was good, but we felt it could have been a little better compared to the exceptionally high standard of everything else at the resort. Overall, we had an unforgettable stay and would happily recommend The Royal Santrian to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway, especially for a honeymoon. We hope to return one day!

The Royal Santrian exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our time in Bali. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome. The service was warm, attentive and professional throughout our stay, striking the perfect balance between being available whenever you needed them while still allowing you to enjoy the privacy and tranquillity of the resort. The restaurant was excellent, with beautifully presented food and consistently high standards. A special mention should go to the team for how seriously they take dietary requirements and allergies. They carefully checked ingredients, confirmed dishes before serving, and made us feel completely confident throughout our stay. Our private pool villa was immaculate. Housekeeping did a fantastic job every day, with the villa cleaned quickly and to an exceptionally high standard. The entire resort is spotless, and it’s clear the team take great pride in maintaining every detail. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical gardens, and despite the resort being well occupied, it always felt peaceful and exclusive. Most guests spend time in their private villas, creating a wonderfully calm atmosphere. Beach and pool towels were always readily available, and there were plenty of comfortable places to relax by the beach or pool. The Royal Santrian has a refined, boutique feel that sets it apart. If you’re looking for a luxurious, intimate escape in Nusa Dua with outstanding hospitality, beautiful surroundings and exceptional attention to detail, this is a place we would happily recommend. We left feeling completely relaxed and would love to return one day.

We had a wonderful honeymoon stay at The Royal Santrian. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The resort is beautiful, peaceful, and very private (perfect for a relaxing and romantic getaway) The service was outstanding. Every staff member is kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. We felt very well cared for throughout our stay. Everything from our room to the common areas was spotless and well maintained. The food was also excellent! Our only complaint is that we wish we had stayed longer, as three days simply wasn’t enough.

My ig if you find my review and photos helpful: midori_0414 One thing I love about the hotel is its location. 30 mins from the airport and you can easily get everything you need. The room is big, romantic with flowers outside and on the pool. They have a big pool outside and you have a private room inside. When the staff comes to bring you something, they will politely ring the door. They also provide massage right inside your villa, so all you have to do is relax, and chill. A private beach is ready for you to enjoy. The food inside the hotel tasted good but not really impressive. But because of its convenient location, you can order outside food on Grab. I would definitely come back.

The service in this hotel is amazing. Luckily we were upgraded to a sea view suite upon arrival which was perfect in every way. This is one of the most relaxing and beautiful places I have ever stayed in. Didn’t leave the resort as only there for three days unfortunately.
