Excellent family stay with an unexpected upgrade and amazing staff! We stayed at Sol Benoa Bali with our family, including three adult children, and had an excellent experience. We arrived exhausted after a busy few days of touring, and the hotel kindly offered us a room upgrade upon arrival, which was a wonderful surprise. The food was great, the cleanliness was spot on, and we thoroughly enjoyed both the pool and the beach. A special mention to Dwiki, Padma, and the entire team, who are incredibly attentive to all guests. It was the perfect place to relax. Highly recommended!

Good location and good room. Food choices limited especially for vegetarian. Their fine dine restaurant was a big disappointment cause the service was very slow. All inclusive was worth the price . Need to seriously look into their food .

The hotel is very well maintained, with a beautiful garden and a nice swimming pool. Our room was spacious and cleaned thoroughly every day. Everything throughout the resort was clean and well looked after. The staff were friendly, welcoming and always smiling. The beach is beautiful with clean water. Just keep in mind that the water is very shallow, so don’t expect to swim much, the pool is a better option. This wasn’t an issue for me, in fact, I loved that there were no waves, as it was perfect for sitting in the water and relaxing. Lots of shade but also sun. A bit for everyone. The location is good, but Nusa Dua is generally better suited to a relaxing holiday than nightlife and clubs. Grab is not expensive, so it’s easy to get to busier areas, although the journey can take around an hour depending on traffic. There are plenty of local restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, which we really enjoyed. The hotel also offers an affordable all-inclusive package, but with so many great local options nearby, we preferred to explore the area instead. The only real downside was that if you didn’t reserve a sunbed with your towels before around 8am, it was difficult to find one later in the day. Breakfast was good, but the selection was almost identical every morning. A little more variety would have been appreciated, although it wasn’t a major issue for us. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Nusa Dua.

Very efficient and friendly staff. Room service was efficient and value for money. Nice warm pool for sundowners. Although I stayed Bed & Breakfast the menu choices were more than adequate. Very near a flat beach and the sea which made a nice change from uluwatu. Close to Bali National golf course.

Very kind staff and a beautiful room. We only had breakfast but it was delicious. The pool is very nice and not too cold. Great beach and near a jetski station. The pool and the beach is very crowded so it is best when you come early.
