We came here for breakfast. It has great food selection. But it’s overly crowded and messy. It has juice counter, coffee counter, noodle counter, egg and waffle counter. Coffee is very good. Try the piccolo.

Why is the food so terrible? Both dishes were served lukewarm. Why did the fried rice take 35 minutes to make and still arrive cold? How many shrimp chips can you serve before the meal becomes shrimp chips? I can’t believe a Coke Zero, fried rice, and a flavorless soup cost 275,000 IDR after a 15% Bonvoy elite discount. Even at a beach restaurant this would be 120,000 max. Every single restaurant here has been awful.

Nice cafe restaurant in hotel Westin Bali at Nusa Dua. Good breakfast selection and great ambience. Service is decent. Nice pool views and good outdoor seating

However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the staff, particularly July and Sopie. Their attentiveness and warmth made our visit truly unforgettable. Service is extremely lacking. There are a few pleasant waiters, the rest need training in understanding of what dish is available, communication, service - serving dishes hot. The default answer for most things is ‘no’, and the tone of the response is almost rude. For instance I requested for a smoothie bowl around 3 pm which was not available according to the waiters at this restaurant but I got it at the lobby (kitchen is the same).
