Excellent, courteous, and friendly service! The staff greets guests and opens the restaurant doors! Everyone is friendly and welcoming. The food is delicious, filling, and the portions are generous. The soup is rich and flavorful. The chicken is juicy and delicious. The salad is light and appetizing! The drinks were also good! We loved everything! Next time we'll try Yakiniku! Thank you Terima kasih ありがとう ❤️❤️❤️

This was my third time dining at Sama Sama Yakiniku, and it continues to impress. The salmon was exceptionally fresh, and the wagyu beef was delicious and tender. Overall, I am very satisfied with the meal. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great Japanese BBQ experience!

We decided to come here mainly for the buffet. They offer two options: a regular buffet and a premium one, both costing over 200k rupiah. However, the premium buffet didn’t include sushi, which was a bit disappointing, so we decided to skip the buffet and order sushi instead. In the end, it turned out to be a great decision. The sushi was delicious — we ended up trying about half the menu and everything was really good. It was a little expensive compared to what you usually expect in Bali, but the quality made it worth it. The staff were also very nice and even offered us complimentary edamame after the buffet misunderstanding, which was a nice gesture. And don’t forget to try the chocolate parfait — it’s amazing.

The food was good, and we appreciated the variety on the menu. However, our overall experience was affected by the service. When we arrived, we wanted to take some time to look through the menu, but the waitress was quite pushy in recommending their most expensive package, even though we weren’t very hungry. The menu offers a wide range of options, which we took time to carefully go through. Unfortunately, after we finally decided on our choices, we were informed that the items we selected were not available. This was quite frustrating, as we had already spent a considerable amount of time reviewing the menu. We hope the staff can give customers more space to decide and ensure better communication regarding menu availability.
