We visited on June 27, and before anything else, I would like to sincerely thank Desicha for her outstanding hospitality and service. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always smiling. She made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived until we left. She is a great example of excellent customer service. As for the food, the Margherita pizza was delicious, and the Burrata was fresh and excellent. However, the Carbonara spaghetti was below average and did not meet our expectations. Thank you again, Desicha, for making our visit much more enjoyable. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
View on GoogleWe had a wonderful dinner there and the food was truly delicious. We ordered Galletto Ruspante, Tonnarelli Allo Scoglio, and Boscaiola, and also enjoyed some cocktails. The service was very friendly. When we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the restaurant manager (Bapak Tirta) with his staffs. We also order Pistachio for dessert, which was delightful. During our visit, we had a pleasant conversation with the server (Rita) who took care of our table, while sharing how much we enjoyed the dishes. She so kind, responsible and really friendly. We hope can come back again to Salsa Verde to enjoy another best dinner for the next time. Thank you
View on GoogleWe recently stayed at the Grand Hyatt in Bali and had dinner at Salsa Verde twice. The food was great both times. We both really loved the fried prawns as an entree. The barramundi was really good as a main as was the crab risotto. The tiramisu was very good as a dessert. We sat outside the first time and is was a lovely warm night. The service was great and I highly recommend! Remember to book as it gets busy.
View on GoogleService is confused many times bringing food that we did not order. Most food are fine but the trofie al pesto was nothing like the real thing. Tuna steak was okay, not great. Worst thing is the misleading kids menu, take a look at the picture: a heap of nuggets. The real thing is 3 pieces only and fries. The menu doesn't show or write about this and the kids only see that. 😕To add insult to injury the manager was not flexible to serve what is on his picture more than one. Time to replace! (the menu or the manager)
View on GoogleI visited before 3 pm, when it’s possible to stay quietly. I stopped by just for coffee and ordered an affogato, but the ice cream felt quite low in quality. It seemed to have been melted and refrozen, with ice crystals attached. The cappuccino lacked aroma and depth of flavor. The tiramisu was acceptable. It wasn’t especially moist, but it was fine to eat. I was told that tap water was not available, so I ordered bottled water, but it was not served. That said, I appreciated that guests who order before 3 pm are allowed to stay and enjoy a calm atmosphere, despite the break time from 3 to 5 pm.
