Nusa Dua Beach is one of the most recommended beaches to visit, located in the exclusive and secure resort area managed by Indonesia Tourism Development Corporation (ITDC). The beach has soft white sand and clear, calm water, making it perfect for swimming and relaxing. The area is well organized and clean, with many deck chairs available for rent along the shoreline. It’s a great spot for swimming, snorkeling, sunbathing, or simply enjoying a peaceful beach atmosphere in Bali.

Marriott beach at Nusa Dua has beautiful colors. The beach loungers and umbrellas are dressed in a palette of refined, understated luxury, where soft taupe, warm sand, and muted stone tones blend seamlessly with the natural surroundings. The cushions, plump and inviting, carry a velvety calmness, their neutral hues glowing gently under the coastal light, suggesting comfort elevated to an art form. Each umbrella rises with quiet elegance, its fabric draping gracefully like tailored linen, casting soothing shadows that deepen the richness of the colors beneath. Together, the loungers, umbrellas, and cushions create a scene of effortless sophistication—posh without excess, beautiful without noise—where every shade feels intentional, serene, and exquisitely harmonious with the sea and sky beyond.

I've been to this beach as a guest of the Merusaka Hotel, I don't know if also outside people have access to it. I've been told by various people that this part of Bali has the nicest sea and indeed the scenery was beautiful, with the white sand and the Ocean having different shades of blue, but the water itself was not very good: it was not transparent and had a lot of seaweeds and some rubbish in it. The upside is that the Ocean is very calm and shallow, so it allows to have a bath without any worries.

During low tide this place is one of the most amazing beaches to swim and chill in the water. The water level can be as low as a meter for few hundred meters into the water. The waves are slow even great for kids to swim around. When the tide is high it’s still a great beach specially for surfing and sunbathing. Line up of hotels in this beach which you can choose to stay at if you want more time on this beach

It is very nice beach and good part of Bali Island. We were there in January, central part of beach doesn't have strong waves, not windy. North part was better for surfers. Beach is clean, nice, gentle sand, water is not deep. We also met some local fisherman fishing in the sea.
