Best customer servicde from Tri Ayu, she's super friendly and speak fluent English. The food is delicious with reasonable price, and great ambiance with jazz music in the background. Recommend indoor seat if you prefer peace and quiet as the outdoor seat is next to the road with many vehicles passing by.

Excellent dining experience in Nusa Dua. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, comfortable seating, and a welcoming vibe. The food was delicious, beautifully presented, and offered a good variety of options. Everything we ordered exceeded our expectations. A special thank you to one of our waiters, whose name I believe was Surya. He was warm, attentive, professional, and always had a genuine smile. His recommendations were excellent, and he made our family feel truly welcome throughout the meal. Great food, great service, and wonderful hospitality. We would definitely return and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Nusa Dua.

My husband and I had a lovely meal at Mandala. The food was great and the service was even better. I would recommend this bistro to anyone looking for a pleasant experience and good value for money. Our main server was Puspa 😘. She was lovely and even helped us order a ride back to our accommodation.

Excellent menu and the food lived up to our expectations. Seafood chowder was delightful as was the cod and pork belly. Very fair prices and excellent service from the delightful and always smiling Tri Ayu. Thank you chefs and staff.

Great experience! Many food options, great prices (especially compared to Bali Collection) and portions are big enough. Our waitress Merli was really helpful and full of kind all the time.
