Tonight we dined at Kizuna at Bali Collection. The menu was extensive and well priced and the food so fresh and delicious. The staff were so accommodating to our exhausted 4 year old and brought the table LEGO to occupy him. We wanted for nothing, the meals came out quickly and we left nothing! Thank you for the wonderful dinner experience, we will be back!

We came here because there was a shuttle bus from our resort to Bali Collection, which made it very convenient. The restaurant looked clean and well maintained, and the staff were friendly and offered us a 10% discount voucher, which was a nice touch. The food was decent overall — not outstanding, but acceptable for a casual meal. However, several menu items were unfortunately sold out, which limited our choices. The prices were slightly higher compared to restaurants in other areas nearby, but that’s somewhat expected in a tourist complex like this. Overall, it was an okay dining experience — suitable if you’re already in the area and looking for a convenient place to eat, but not necessarily a must-visit destination.

Food was very tasty and nicely prepared. The best tuna tataki I have ever had. Very polite waiters and special atmosphere here. We came here twice and all the meals were delicious. We love this place.

Incredible Food - Our kids' new favorite! ​We had a fantastic experience at Kizuna Teppanyaki & Japanese Restaurant. We originally planned to visit once, but ended up coming back for 5 nights in a row because the kids loved it so much! ​The Yakiniku Don was the highlight—my two kids asked for it every single night. My son even preferred the food here over our meals at the Grand Hyatt where we were staying. We also really enjoyed the Yaki Udon and the Harami, both of which were flavorful and perfectly prepared. ​Great service, friendly staff and consistently high-quality food. ​A big shout out to Oka, the restaurant manager, for his amazing hospitality. It’s a must-visit if you're in the area!

It took 40 min just to get an ice cream and a tempura… after asking for our main meal the waitres said it is coming… 10 min later I said cancel the order. We were soo hungry and my 8 years old did not want to keep waiting. We didn’t even get the drinks. So I don’t recommended it.
