Nusa Dua’s best beachfront dining experience is back with a new concept. A casual eatery by day and an elevated dining destination by night, Ikan serves fresh seafood and Indonesian-inspired cuisine by the beach.

We had a lovely dinner at Ikan to celebrate our fifth anniversary! The food was great, among which the oxtail soup was exceptionally good. The service was wonderful too. Mudi was especially friendly, attentive, and made us feel very well taken care of. The sweetest surprise was the little anniversary cake they prepared for us. We really didn’t expect it, and it made our celebration even more special. Thank you so much to Mudi and the Ikan team for making our fifth anniversary such a memorable evening! ❤️

Had a really lovely dinner at Ikan at The Westin Nusa Dua, already second time. The atmosphere is great — right by the beach, open-air and relaxed, with a nice sea breeze and ocean views. A very pleasant place to sit and enjoy dinner. Tried a number of the local dishes and was impressed (so far my best Indonesian food experience in Bali). The flavors were authentic and well-balanced, ingredients tasted fresh, quality is great. Also wonderful service and attention by the crew, very friendly and happy atmosphere. Special thanks to Raditya for the attentive and friendly service and great recommendations on the menu. And also to Swari and Margareta for their kind hospitality and attention. Ikan is my favorite dining in Nusa Dua and the best Indonesian food by the beach with great service. Will happily come back.

While staying at The Laguna, my partner and I decided to visit the neighboring Westin Hotel—both part of the Marriott portfolio—to try their highly reviewed restaurant. Unfortunately, the dining experience fell short of expectations. It happened to be the launch day for their new menu; while the skewers were acceptable, the fish course was overly salty and the seasoning profile did not suit our palates, leaving the dish unfinished. To their credit, the service recovery was excellent. Our waiter brought out the chef to explain the new concept and apologize, and they kindly provided a complimentary dessert. The attentive staff and pleasant ambiance were the highlights of the evening.

My wife and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at Ikan Restaurant & Bar at the Westin Resort in Nusa Dua, and it was one of our favorite meals in Bali. The beachfront setting was beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing late lunch. We ordered the Asinan Bogor, Nasi Campur, and Nasi Goreng Kampung, all of which were delicious and full of authentic Indonesian flavors. We especially appreciated being able to adjust the spice level to our taste. A thoughtful complimentary anniversary cake made the occasion even more special. The service was outstanding—warm, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. Even though we weren’t staying at the Westin, we would happily return on a future trip. For great Indonesian food, excellent service, and stunning ocean views, I highly recommend Ikan Restaurant & Bar.

Had a great dinner at Ikan Restaurant, Westin Nusa Dua Bali. The food all tasty and excellent quality. The Lombok Oysters were fresh and great combination with pineapple sambal. The Lawa Bale, a chevice style red snapper with chili and coconut dressing, just enough spiced and very refreshing. Batagor were presented interestingly, and for main course, I try whole red snapper accompany with Lawar Squid and serve with 3 sambals. Beautiful scenery and ambiance. 👍👍
