Checking into this places like checking into Carnival Cruise line… Just a chaotic mess of families confused about where they are…. First off, no valet? Seriously, had to park my Mercedes two football fields away in the midday sun. Asked about a late check out, not even an attempt to feign checking, just a quick no. Club room not ready upon arrival, apparently got an upgrade but still waiting for my room. We’ll see. Update room is cozy but dated… definitely couldn’t be the “upgrade” I was told we were getting for USD $350++ per night 😑 If you’re a smoker, you literally can’t can only smoke in the stairwell, like some sneaky criminal. With all the acres of space this place has, can’t they make an area to treat smokers respectfully? Will update as my visit continues but my first impression is that this place is filled with boring corporate types redeeming points…. Good for them. But if you really want the spirit of Bali… get back on ChatGpt and search on.

I recently tried the buffet at Garden Cafe and was highly impressed! They serve a massive variety of Chinese, Indian and Western food. The best part is that the menu changes every day, so you always get to try something new. Every single dessert I tried was absolutely delicious. The quality of the food and the variety make it well worth a visit. Highly recommended!

I loved having breakfast here during our stay. Aside from the bacon supply, I learned to love avocado toast from here. And the roasted mushrooms!! It was so simple but really good, I want to try and recreate that sometime if I can! They have a wide selection of asian/western food and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. There’s an indoor/outdoor option which is also really great. I chose to dine very early each time to enjoy the quiet, solo breakfast, and would go back to GH Bali for this restaurant/cafe alone.🙂

We had a few meals there during our stay in Grand Hyatt. Great environment with friendly staffs. Food is very yummy - we tried many dishes and all are very delicious. We are very happy with the food quantity and portion. Highly recommended.

Ordered pork ribs. Presentation of the food was good until i tried to cut it. 40% of the pork was FAT!!! The cut was poor. Meat was dry and dull. It was my first meal in Bali, I was disappointed. It costs me 200k (+ taxes), SGD18. Overpriced. Regret to say, from tomorrow onwards I will either go out and look for lunch or order delivery from outside of Grand Hyatt Bali. Ramen was good. Relatively small portion. If you are big eater, you may need more than 1 serving.
