Gading is easily the most relaxed of the resort’s proper restaurants (excluding the Beach Cafe), striking a nice balance between resort quality and laid-back vibes. If you’re after somewhere comfortable without the formalities, this is your spot. The food is extremely consistent, which is exactly what you want on a resort holiday. The appetisers in particular were excellent – standouts for me were the prawn sushi (California maki) and the Szechwan beef, both of which ended up being my two favourite dishes of the entire week. Fresh, flavourful, and perfectly executed. The rest of the menu holds up well too, with reliable execution across the board. Drinks-wise, it shares the same cocktail menu as the other outlets, so you’re not missing out on any of the resort favourites. Bonus points for the air-conditioned section – a very welcome relief after a hot day exploring or lounging by the pool. Service was, as always at Merusaka, genuinely friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Staff remember you and make the experience feel personal. The live music at night was a nice touch as well. Overall, Gading delivers exactly what it should: consistent, tasty food in a comfortable setting with great service. It won’t blow you away with ultra-fancy presentation, but it quietly becomes one of the places you keep returning to. Highly recommended for a relaxed dinner.

Breakfasts are amazing with wide variety catering for all. Dinner menu is varied however the fish tended to be overcooked and dry Staff are exceptional,faultless. They were focussed at all times on making ones stay enjoyable and one which would encourage a return stay. So pleasant and accomodating. Excellent room service. Super comfortable bed as deluxe room booking.

Just arrived in Bali so we were later arriving. Seated quickly, orders taken promptly. Not a long wait for our order and waitress very helpful and extremely poloite and hospitable. Food was excellent, portion size was plentyful also. Not many people in as was later but a great 1st experience of Bali and Gading!

Omg, the breakfast here is amazing. So much variety and tastes of different cuisines from around the whole. Probably not as impressive when we ate here back in 2019, when it was Inaya Putri, but still reasonable. If you font mind a crowded room with lots of people eating at breakfast, then you'll survive. I have visited this restaurant a few times for breakfast and dinner during my stay at Merusaka Nusa Dua. I enjoyed relaxing setting of restaurant, friendly staff, and set up of open area. There was comfortable live music very night. Adi Pyson was one of waiters who I often saw on the floor. He was very approachable and made my visit enjoyable. My recommendation for dinner, steak was beautifully cooked and barramundi was perfect dish for my wife.
