This was our first holiday as a young family and it did not disappoint The staff here are amazing and do everything they can to help you , it is honestly incredible. The hotel is HUGE and the facilities are great. The food and drink is a bit expensive for Bali but nothing crazy and to be expected for Nusa Dua. I’d recommend the Conrad suite if you have young kids as the separate space is helpful when they’re sleeping

We stayed at Conrad Bali for two nights to celebrate our 13th wedding anniversary and chose the resort based on its excellent reviews. Overall, we had a wonderful stay. The resort is beautiful, with well-maintained tropical grounds and stunning views. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the view overlooking the pool and the beach was very nice. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, and the staff were consistently warm, friendly, and attentive. We also appreciated the thoughtful anniversary dessert prepared for us. There are, however, a few areas where the experience could be improved. Despite having several swimming pools, none of them were adults-only. Every pool was filled with children, making it difficult for couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing experience! We believe having at least one dedicated adults-only pool would greatly enhance the stay for couples. Another suggestion would be to improve the arrival experience for guests who arrive before check-in. A dedicated lounge with comfortable seating and a complimentary drink or small snacks would make guests feel much more welcome instead of waiting in the lobby. Finally, while the breakfast selection was excellent, we were surprised that freshly squeezed juices were not available, which is something we would expect from a luxury resort of this standard. Overall, Conrad Bali is a beautiful resort with exceptional staff, comfortable rooms, and stunning views. With a few thoughtful improvements, it could offer an even more memorable experience, especially for couples seeking a relaxing getaway.

We booked here for 13 days as a family of four, and overall we have had a wonderful experience. The room and facilities are first-class and certainly did not disappoint. The hotel itself offers so much comfort, relaxation and entertainment that you really don’t need to go anywhere else if you don’t want to. It is a beautiful place to spend a family holiday and simply enjoy Bali. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. They genuinely do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and looked after. This is our first time in Bali, and I have to say that one of the things that has impressed me the most is the people. I have travelled a lot, but the Balinese people are some of the friendliest and warmest people I have ever met. And I don’t mean only the staff at the hotel — we have experienced the same kindness everywhere we have been around Bali. Such beautiful, kind-hearted people. ❤️ I do have one small observation, and this is certainly not a complaint, just something I think the hotel could consider. It would be very nice to have a wider selection of television channels and entertainment options in the rooms, such as Sky, Netflix or other streaming services. One day my son was feeling too hot and wanted to stay indoors for a while, but there really wasn’t much available on the television for him to watch. I told him to use his phone instead, but thinking about it, for a five-star hotel of this standard, I do feel that better in-room TV and streaming entertainment would be a worthwhile addition, especially for families staying for longer periods. Apart from this small suggestion, we have been very impressed with the quality of the hotel, the facilities and, above all, the wonderful hospitality we have received. Bali has made a very special impression on us, and the warmth of its people is something we will definitely remember. ❤️

Great experience. Stayed here 2 nights for my girlfriend's birthday. Was not happy with the "ocean view" room that we were given, you could see the pool, some trees and a playground. Brought this to the attention of the staff and they worked to get us a new room with a much better view. Friendly staff, very nice facilities (although they charge to use the pickleball courts). Overall, the hospitality is what made this a 5 - star rating

My family has been spending our summer vacation at Conrad Bali every year for the past several years, and once again, our stay was absolutely wonderful. Conrad Bali has become a very special place for our family. The beautiful resort, excellent restaurants, and warm Balinese hospitality are the reasons we keep coming back year after year. Over the years, we have met many amazing team members who have always made us feel genuinely welcome. During this visit, I would especially like to thank Arsendyas. He was incredibly kind, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. From before our arrival until our departure, he was always willing to help, responded promptly to our requests, and consistently found thoughtful solutions to make our family's stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. His genuine care, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference. Team members like Arsendyas are one of the biggest reasons why we continue choosing Conrad Bali for our family vacations. Our daughter loved this trip so much that she asked us to come back for our winter vacation next January—and we have already made our reservation!
