On my way to Ubud I have an old habit. It's Babi Guling! I must have tried a dozen of them over the years... Babi Guling Men Doglag is one of my favorites. Nice portion of Nasi Campur Babi Guling + Kuah for 35k. Really tasty, spicy but not too much, it's a Balinese delicacy. Plus Pak is really nice. You'll pay double that in Ubud for something generally cold, tasteless, in a warung dedicated to tourists. Try it here, you won't regret it 🤤🤤

Just casually eating babi guling feeling like at the north pole everything is cold, fantastically expensive price for this portion.

One of the babi guling eating places around Sibang. The place is quite easy to find because it's on the roadside of Sibang-mambal highway and there is a parking lot for cars or motorcycles. Taste is pretty good and side dishes are quite abundant. Bought this time a separated portion priced at 50k/portion excluding drinks. Quite pricy in my opinion if looking back at the portion and taste side. But again it comes back to personal taste guys. Thanks
