I recently visited Sate Babi Nyoman Bledor 2, conveniently located near Sangeh Forest, and was thoroughly impressed with both the food and amenities. The sate babi was incredibly delicious, with tender, well-marinated meat that perfectly balanced sweet and savory flavors, and each skewer was grilled to perfection. The pepes tahu was a delightful surprise, featuring fresh tofu and a perfect blend of spices that made it both flavorful and aromatic. Additionally, the kerupuk kulit babi added a delightful crunch to the meal, serving as an excellent side, and the soto babi, though in a small portion, was very tasty with rich and comforting flavors. The restaurant also boasts a spacious parking area, making it convenient for visitors, and its proximity to Sangeh Forest adds a serene, natural ambiance, making it an ideal spot for a meal before or after exploring the forest.

While it is considered a popular pork satay, the place is not for everyone. The only seating option is on the floor, which Indonesian called "lesehan" style. The floor is literally hard tile without mat. It is rather sticky or oily due to spilled satay sauce, soup, condiment wrapper, and general cleanliness is below average. Not to mention the rattan plate is dirty and spotty. Many wrapper/dirty plate/ leftovers were left behind and not being cleaned in time. The satay itself is average. It is made of pork but served with peanut sauce just like Javanese lamb/chicken satay. The meat itself is not so tender. The beef clear soup is better. Light and comforting. There are plenty of other steamed condiment called "tum", with some of them contain internal organ or blood mixed in it. Please ask the staff if you aren't sure
