This place is ginormous! Boasting high ceilings and several floors of private dining rooms as well as a huge dining hall, Bingsheng is as grand as it is welcoming as you enter. Note which floor you’re on and which room you’re in because it’s a maze of corridors and corners. Staff are never far away, shuttling briskly from table to table and ever-willing to offer help if you have a request. Obviously, the food is the star of the restaurant. Having earned its Michelin several years consecutively, choose from a mind-boggling variety of meals, poultry, seafood and vegetable dishes. I also highly recommend their cold dishes and double-boiled soups, always patiently prepared and judiciously seasoned. The presentation is never too ostentatious so that it doesn’t distract from your first mouthful of each dish for its aroma, taste and texture. You can bring your own bottle if you like or try their trademark litre-canisters of Pearl River 珠江 beer. And if you have a sweet tooth, do amuse yourself and your guests with the range of hot and cold desserts listed.

This Michelin awarded restaurant was the highlight of this trip. I was thoroughly impressed. The barbecued pork and roasted goose were absolutely delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked to perfection. The steamed fish was the highlight of the meal—fresh, tender, and good smell. The signature pineapple bread were excellent at the end of this meal . The ambiance of the restaurant was also remarkable, creating a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended for anyone seeking authentic and mouthwatering Chinese cuisine in this city !

A wonderful restaurant for business, friends and family gatherings. It has many rooms for private dining and also a big halls for mass dining. The staff are friendly and attentive who keep serving teas throughout the dining period. Need advance booking for private dining rooms and highly recommended. Many choices of food and the tastes are delicious and wonderful, I went there two days in a row, reasonably priced and good quality food!
