I recently dined at Zhu Xi Ming Yan and had a mixed experience. The food was quite good, with flavors that were well-balanced, and the portion sizes were generous for the price. I felt that the value was fair considering the quality of the dishes. However, the service left something to be desired. It was noticeably slow, which detracted from the overall enjoyment of the meal. Additionally, there were quite a few patrons smoking, which made it uncomfortable at times. Overall, while I enjoyed the food and found the prices reasonable, the slow service and smoking environment made it difficult for me to fully enjoy my experience. I would consider returning, but I hope to see improvements in these areas.
