This was my first holiday trip to China with my family, travelling from Shanghai to Yi Xin, Shenzhen, and ending in Guangzhou. 🇨🇳 Everywhere we went, we made it a point to try the local dim sum. Before arriving in Guangzhou, we already thought the dim sum we had tasted was excellent and authentic, each with its own unique flavours and style. 😋 But the dim sum at Tang Lee Food Art was on another level altogether. It is honestly the best dim sum I have ever had so far. The texture, freshness, and fragrance were simply unbeatable. If you are in Guangzhou, this place is definitely worth trying! 👍🤩🥰👏🏆🥳 Just to take note —> The restaurant uses a queue system where you receive a queue number and wait for your number to be called. You can scan a QR code to check the estimated waiting time and queue progress. The queue actually moved quite quickly because many people were not around when their numbers were called. We were lucky that day — even though there were more than 60 queue numbers ahead of us when we joined the queue, our turn came much sooner than expected! 😁

a popular dim sum place. trying for d 1st time. it's freshly steamed upon order n freshly made, so it's yummy to taste. some r unique to taste, like the beef cheong fun n chicken feet in herbal soup. however, overall i do find d food too natural, ie bland for my liking.

Just simply amazing. Great food, great views, great vibes. Situated on the edge of the scenic Liwan Lake Park, the entrance is easy to miss because it looks like an entrance to the park. This place is rated 4.5 off 17000+ reviews on Dianping (the Chinese review app), and its easy to see why. There's waterside seating on the lower floor with views of red lanterns and traditional walkways across the lake, all lit up at night. We chose indoor seating though to avoid any possible mosquitos. We ordered their speciality dish - the Braised Pigeon, as well as Fried Fish Fillet and the Eel Fried Rice. Everything was excellent. Well seasoned pigeon was crispy and boiling hot from the flash frying. Never did "Intagible Cultural Heritage Technology" taste so good. Eat with your hands! Gloves are provided. The fish fillet was wonderfully silky inside and flakey outside - the coating is similar to the ones you get at Yum Cha for fried taro dumplings. Fried rice was well flavoured, fluffy, and filled with elastic eel. It's a little pricey for Guangzhou, but well worth it. Keep in mind that tea per head is between 10-13 RMB. Overall it was around 250RMB for the meal (2 adults). The service was very friendly and the staff even helped to apply some app coupons to get a discount :P

A wonderful place to have your morning dimsum. That particular morning we were given 2 juicy rabbits on the house. The food is very up to standard and doesn't disappoint. There is these bbq "pigeons" that's only available after 11am. It's yummy. My only gripe with this place is the toilet can only be used 1 person at a time(upstairs) . Imagine if you really have to go and the person inside is taking his own sweet time....
