A traditional Cantonese food. The " chuang fun", a kind of rice roll with different meats, made on a special cloth. The tast is quite good. As I remember, the same crew work together for more than 40 years.

The most authentic mom and pop Cantonese food you can ever get from the city that's known for food in the world. They have been around since the 80's (well for as long as I can remember) and they still have the same crew since the begining which is rare. Their homemade soybean paste is the best addition to the "cheung fun" aka rice noodles, adding those to the rice noodles is a must. Always a blessing to see the same old faces. They are definitely good crew, good people. No one in the world has beat what they already perfected recipe to my opinion. Definitely a must try place.
