Order, pay, pick up your order almost immediately, then do you grab a seat and enjoy. The whole experience was quick and fuss free. The noodles were cooked perfectly with just the right bite, while the beef brisket was tender and full of flavour. The pig's trotters were chewy, which is how the locals seem to prefer them rather than the fall-off-the-bone texture that I'd prefer. A solid spot for a quick, satisfying meal that delivers on both quality and efficiency. Frequented and loved by locals.

Good vibe and value. Had the pig trotter noodle, plenty of meat but noodle too firm for my liking. Didn’t try the signature dish as I’m not a fan of that type of noodle. Plenty of options if you’re hungry.

Lingji's famous is the signature delicious Laifen. This bowl of Laifen is a must order! 😋😋😋😋😋 Laifen is paste-like, when served it is not conspicuous at all, and it comes with a spoonful of pickles, my impression of it is ordinary. But actually I was wrong, the broth for boiling Laifen is fresh and sweet, the key to why Laifen can be so fragrant and rich is lard, because I chewed a piece of lard 😁😁😁😁😁. The texture of Laifen is very smooth and tender, put into the mouth if not careful it will roll into the esophagus. Laifen's ingredients include shiitake mushrooms, dried shrimp, and pork. One more thing that I personally think is good is the three-sauce pork roll noodles, pork roll noodles have a chewy texture, paired with red sauce, soy sauce (should be soy sauce king), the main point is sesame sauce. The taste of sesame sauce is very rich, it enhances the taste of the roll noodles more than soy sauce and red sauce.
