Long wait. Food was good but hardly spectacular. It’s got a Michelin star but I don’t know why. Would expect much better from that in Europe. But can’t hold that against it as it was not priced at Michelin star level. Had the signature eel which was better than other eel I’ve had but doesn’t take much. The pigeon was excellent. The mushrooms were in line with others I’ve had here. Service was acceptable
View on GoogleIt was my first time to try the authentic clay pot dishes and food was delicious! The roasted quail was a must to have. The skin was crispy and inside was tender. Some other dishes like the intestines weren’t that good and were too oily for me. One downside was the long waiting to get seated and another long waiting to receive the food ... so don’t get too hungry before coming here. Nonetheless, it was worth to try since they were famous in making the clay pot.
View on GoogleLove the oyster pancake and didn’t like the sweet and sour pork.
View on GoogleFood is really good. This is the first time I am here since COVID. Quality still remains but prices are obviously higher. Nonetheless it’s well worth it. Especially the clay pot dishes.
View on GoogleHonestly do not know what is the fuss about this place. Food (claypots) and such is so so. Our claypot beef was overly ginger spiced and oily. This is not your HK style claypot. It that has been tweaked for local taste. Try once and go somewhere else. Not worth the wait.
